Message Receiving : Similarly, when you receive a message, it also consumes 1 credit per message received. This ensures that your ability to receive messages is balanced with your message sending capabilities.
Webhook Calls : In addition to messages, certain automated processes, such as message delivery notifications or read receipts through webhooks, also utilize credit. Each webhook call made, regardless of its purpose, costs 1 credit.
Typing Indicator : Typing indicators, when enabled, also consume 1 message credit each time they are triggered. This includes When an AI Assistant simulates typing before sending a response When an agent starts typing or focuses on the input field in the Shared Inbox
