Responsibility of Application Admin

Application administrators (Admins) have privileged access to user data, including database records and server logs. They are responsible for:

• Clearly informing users about how their data will be used.

• Ensuring no unauthorized third-party data sharing.

• Maintaining security and preventing disguised data collection (via fake surveys, forms, etc.).
  Admins carry the highest responsibility in safeguarding user data.

• Keep your login credentials secure (avoid weak or predictable passwords).

• Change your password immediately if suspicious activity occurs.

• Be mindful of what you share — public data is your responsibility.

Supported GDPR Features

1. Data Erasure on Exit
When you cancel your subscription or delete your account, all related data is erased permanently from our servers. This process is irreversible, but you may back up your data before deleting.

2. Encrypted Storage

3. Session & Cookie Management
We give you the choice to save or not save cookies and sessions. Even when saved, they are destroyed immediately upon logout.

4. No Hidden Tracking
Kwikly does not monitor or record user activity for advertising or manipulation. Data such as login time and IP is collected only for security purposes.

5. Transparency in Policy Updates
Users will be notified about any updates to our Privacy or GDPR policy. You can review changes and decide your actions accordingly.

6. Secure Connectivity
We enforce HTTPS across the platform to prevent unauthorized interception. Even if intercepted, the data remains encrypted.

7. Data Breach Policy
While Kwikly secures your data with encryption, input validation, and SQL injection prevention, breaches may occur due to external server vulnerabilities. In such cases, we will inform users and guide them to take immediate steps.
