If the application is materially different from its description or preview, you are eligible for a refund. We are obligated to ensure all features and functionality match what was promised.
If the application fails to function as it should and cannot be fixed easily, we will provide a refund.
If the issue could have reasonably stopped you from purchasing had you known beforehand, you qualify for a refund.
If the issue can be fixed, we will promptly update the application.
If it cannot be fixed, we are obligated to refund your purchase.
If the application contains a critical security vulnerability that cannot be fixed in a timely manner, you are eligible for a refund.
If it can be patched, we will provide an update immediately.
If not, we are obligated to process a refund.
If we advertise support with your purchase and fail to provide it as per our support policy, you are entitled to a refund.
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
Buyer no longer wants the product after purchase.
The application did not meet personal expectations.
Dissatisfaction with current feature availability.
Change of mind after purchase.
Purchase made by mistake.
Buyer lacks technical expertise to use the application.
Buyer requests refund for goodwill.
Issues originating from the third-party API provider.
Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase.
Kwikly reserves the right to issue a force refund without a buyer’s request. In such cases, application access and support will be immediately terminated, and the purchase code will be deactivated.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
